These terms govern your use of the BottleUp app ("the Service"), operated by
Ridge Digital Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you
agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your
account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not misuse it, attempt to
access other venues' data you're not authorised for, disrupt the Service, or
upload content you don't have the right to upload. Do not capture other people's
personal information in fridge-scan photos.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the venue data, photos and other content you submit. You
grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the
Service (including sending fridge-scan photos to our AI processors to return
stock results, as described in the Privacy Policy).
4. Venues and roles
Venue owners and managers control their venue's data and can add, edit or remove
staff, rotas and stock records. Access to a venue's data depends on your role.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and "as available".
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. AI-generated stock counts are
estimates and should be checked; we are not responsible for decisions made solely
on them.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses, or for loss of data or profit arising from use of the Service. Nothing in
these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend
or terminate access if these terms are breached.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new
terms.
